- Gym fee
- entertainment
- food/grocery
- rent (average place can be just a room)
- transport
- other expenses.

Yes 7K is fine, but you can still manage with 5K
It all depends on your qualifications / experience and life style. Even families live here with 4K salary

Less than 20k the is is worst and u can survive with family now days with facilities u r looking for but ur alone 12000 is ok for ur kifestyle

For bachloor good single room 1500 to 1800.. Entertainment onuding TV n net charges 600. Gym 300. Grocery and laundry etc 2500.. Fuel or transportation 500.. If ur smoker minimum 600 shoping and others 500
