Well, since you're here already (Cayman Palms), your best bet is to just ask around in the shops. As you'll have seen, there are plenty of jobs going, but unless you have some serious experience in the field, the pay isn't going to be at all high. If you have experience, and are looking for a fairly senior position, you could try the local employment agencies.
