Hi, i am planning to open a Fast Food Restaurant in Saudia for which reason i will come to saudia with open visa as i am working in a company right now. But Can i hire people from my country on my name or business if my kafeel give visas to me?
What if my future kafeel got greedy and charge me double amount for 1 visa what can i do in this situation?
What can i do when my business is growing and Kafeel decided to take advantage of it in means of money or closing?
I am really nervous to invest due to these issues. Any guidelines qhich might help me?

To keep it simple, forget about it. You won't have the business in your name and are totally at the mercy of your kafeel. Besides, running it this way is illegal as well.
