Hello All,
i need to know the law for paternity leave rules in Belgium if a child is born outside Belgium. My employer declined me to take paternity leave and apply for normal leaves as my wife is not delivering the baby in Brussels. So in that case I cannot apply for paternity leave ?
Anyone has any idea or similar case like me???
Paternity Leave for child born in india( outside Belgium).
