good day everyone, i hope i can have answer from you guys to those who have same experience with my situation, i'm in a very bad situation right now.. i have a car loan in anb bank which is 4 months delayed payment then the bank filed a case against me in MOJ and i receive a message from MOJ that i have to settle this problem within 5 days.. i'm willing to pay the 4 months delayed amount. my question is the bank will cancel the case against me and continue the loan if i pay the 4 months delayed payments?

No one can answer that. It will vary from bank to bank, case to case and on your negotiation skills with them. Some banks will indeed restart the loan as normal whereas others will demand full payment due to you, now having a higher risk of default. Speak to the bank and try to negotiate.
