general application is 2 months  rent cash in advance and 2 months equivalent deposit. might be more for foreigners. also, real estate agency commission, one month rent equivalent (plus vat 18%).
water will cost around 50-100 lira, electricity will cost around 50-100 lira, natural gas will cost less than 50 during summer (including cooking and shower), more than 500 -even 1000- during winter (heating).

this is impossible, maybe you meant hostel, not hotel. or you are overcharged, but you are unaware..
