Hello........My company denied to provide Visit Visa for my Parents. Can i get it from another Company, i have many contractors who can help me to get....but first i would like to Conform, is that possible or not . If possible ,then is that can extended for 3 months?...........Please Advice

Yes you can get it if another company sponsors them. The visa is one month and can be extended up to 3 months.
