how to know if the job offer is scam?

I recieved an email from Sofitel Hotel and Resort Abu Dhabi a job offer. But it says that i will pay the expenses and they will reimburse it once I got the work permit. I don't know if this is a scam or not.

Asking you to pay very probably means it's a scam but, to confirm, post the email including their contact details and website.

That info is usually enough to work it out so I await your answer.

As a note, scammers commonly use the names of reputable businesses so, if it is a scam, it's highly unlikely the real business will be anything to do with it.
