hi ... good news ... I applied on 6 April 2019 and got my approval on 4 Nov 2019 ... almost 7 months ... do you think that is fast?? ... my agent told me my application is the fastest ... also, NO call (etc) to my boss checking my income etc

We applied 28th Feb 2019 and received our approval 28th October. Our agent said that's fast. Our number starts 414XX. The letter states that we were approved in June, it took until October to issue the letter! Maybank have been very helpful. We opened our accounts (savings with debit card and fixed deposit) within 5 days.

Hi, yes 7 months looks like the fastest at the moment.

Some agents in KL have also received approvals that quick recently.
