Vaccinations availability and costs in Bangkok.

Coming to SE Asia for the winter. I am a renal TX survivor and have been advised by my TX coordinator to have certain vaccinations. The costs are high here in the US and my insurance does not cover them so I am considering getting when I land in Bangkok.
I'd like to know if these are readily available, and estimated prices if possible. Also where to go to get them, Dr. office? Hospital? Pharmacy?

Typhoid
Malaria
Japanese encephalitis

Tetanus booster
Measles booster

The service is also part of Mahidol University.

Thank you for the tip.
