In the current economic downturn? Unlikely. Malaysia has a glut of skilled account managers and hard to see how anyone could get you a work permit. Possible in good times but economy looks bad now.

Best bet as always is NEVER come to Malaysia to look for work. Always get a job first, best via international recruiters or using your own contacts. Maybe a large Pakistani company with business in Malaysia needs a Pakistani speaker.

If you mean you have work and only are looking for your fiancee, then get married first, get her a visa as your spouse, then socialise at internations and expat events (this site does them as well) and find a job that way is possible.

I totally agree with Nemodot. Only try to look for a job whilst you are still overseas. Also, I think it is going to be difficult to find a job at this time.

My personal advice is to not just limit your search to Malaysia which is becoming more and more difficult, but to expand your search area to other countries in Asia such as Singapore and Indonesia or others. At least that increases your chances a little although the chances are still very slim in my opinion.
