Hi all,
Looking to setup an SPC in Bahrain. I am wondering if there is a resource where I can get templates for the POA and AOA without going with an agency?

As far as I know, there aren't any resources.
POA is standard and the text is available at notary.
AOA is also standard minus a few adjustments for your specific company details. Ask around from friends. You can get their documents and then type it out in MS WORD if required - both English and Arabic.
