Congratulations on your job in paradise island!
Your wife and the kid can come here on a standard visit visa which is a 10 minutes job online and apply for residents visa.
Documents:
-Your job confirmation with Sri lankan company (your company will give you a letter for this)
- Your identification (passport)
- Your consent letter
- Visa fee
Its very easy to obtain a resident visa here in Sri lanka unlike any other countries. The visa will need to be renewed annually.
Regarding your childs school fees:
There are schools that range from $350-$1250 per term (3 months)depending on the type of syllabus offered.
