Hello everyone!

I am looking for a flat good for a single lady at or near Olaya, Riyadh:

- Budget 15,000 to 20,000 per year

- 1 or 2 bedrooms, clean toilet and kitchen

- Preferably fully furnished; still ok if not

- Safe and secure place; no creepy and nasty people

- If possible, mostly (if not all) with female neighbors

- Near grocery store or marketplace (optional)

Any kind advice for a lady planning to live alone in Riyadh will be very much appreciated.
