Hello everyone!
I'm from India and have been working in Malaysia from 4 years. As a women i never ever faced any work issues with Manager.
In a recent company I joined, my male boss is shouting and screaming on employees on floor for silly things.
He wants women to strech everyday in evenings, depsite we requesting on safety grounds. I have reached my HR for help, but they said that we have to adjust as per his work style. My boss also started saying me directly, that we can't shake his grounds in company as he is friend of CEO.
Is there any legal or law Wing in Malaysia to raise my concerns.
