Any advice on paying bills in England after earnings have been paid into a Chinese bank account?
Can you pay credit card bills, from a card in England, directly from your Chinese account?

Hi! I imagine it's the same process with paying bills in U.S., where I'm from. I transfer money to my U.S. bank account and pay my bills from there- all online. I have found Swapsy to be quite helpful with transferring money. You'll need Wechat or Alipay to perform these transfers.
