i want to transfer my wife on my iqama but her father iqama is expire can i still can transfer wife on my iqama reason of iqama expiry is Dependence fess.

You won't be able to transfer dependents from expired Iqama. You have to renew first. Or give them final exit and re-apply for a new visa. But you probably won't even be able to give final exit on an expired Iqama.
