I want to visit European countries. Which country can give me Visa to Europe as I am residency of Brazil and citizen of Bangladesh??
I have a terget 2 country
1. Portugal
2. France
So I can get Visa easily of which country?and what is the requirement?

Residence has nothing to do w/this. Only passports (citizenship) matter in this regard.
You have to check each country yourself for your country's requirements (in this case Bangladesh). Again, it doesn't matter if you have Brazilian residence as only a passport is used for travel.

As said passports only for where you are a citizen. You would need to apply for a visa from the country you are a citizen and have a valid passport.

Those 2 countries need visas. You have to enter France´s or Portugal´s Consulate/Embassy site to locate their visa requirements for Bangladeshi citizens. Other countries please click the link below.
