Usman , from India and living in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia Since 2012.
My company finance guy paid 2000 SAR on my iqama under alien category of Dependent Entry Visa Fee and shred screenshot also as proof .
But when I go to jawajjat, officer told no funds. Then I got the category type to be paid and paid the amount they wanted . After that I checked on absher and found only amount paid by me is shown not the amount finance guy paid in any category. He says it's paid by him .
Please advise the direction to get the details
