Don't need US coverage just Mexico. Two of us both US citizens Male 72 & Female 61. Having a moderately high deductible OK or look at catastrophe coverage? Any guidance appreciated. We want to see different options to compare. CIGNA quoted both of us for their best coverage for $1800 per month and that is way too much.

See if Excel is in your area. I had them before and they were very good.
They are like Kaiser. They provide insurance as well as the facilities
