1. Street foods, fried potatoes, roasted almonds, fresh fried sardines
2. Local chickens in some pueblos are the size of swans, for their legs, really long! Eaten rabbit for ración with about a thousand little bone slivers in the dish
3. Easy: white roll with olive oil/tomato with cafe con leche
4. Bogavante, croquetas made with potato, chanterelles and cream, stuffed quail
5. Olive oil!
