1. Name 3 best well-known Puerto Rican street foods according to you. (Pinchos, Chicken or pork with a slice of bread on top)
2. Which are some unusual dishes that you have discovered? (Malta, it's a drink but too sweet for me personally... I will need to get back to you but I love any kind of flan dessert!)
3. What makes up the typical breakfast in Puerto Rico? ( Sometimes what we call thick cream of wheat with cinnamon on top)
4. Name 3 of your favourite festive dishes. (a baked pork roast shoulder, a rice dish with ham and beans and a few other things mixed in, also mofongo)
5. According to you, which essential ingredient defines Puerto Rican cuisine? (adobo seasoning)
