Job search in the UAE

Hi everybody;

I am looking for a job in mechanical engineering in the UAE (Renewable Energies, Oil and Gas, transport... etc).
I plan to come to the UAE by the begining of November to look for a job directly there. I will make a list of companies and will try to meet their HR directly.
I will also try to contact head hunters (recruitment agencies) directly there. Do you have knowledge about recruitment agencies that could contact there?

Hello everybody.
I have tried to put my CV on jobnexus.com. This site is supposed to transfer my CV to a lot of other headhunters. But at the end of the process, they ask for a payment (199 UAD).
Do you have feedback about this website? Are they efficient? Does it worth to pay that amout?
