Hi everyone.
I'm planning to buy a condominium unit in PP, but I'm not familiar with the titling and taxes in Cambodia.
What are the taxes needed to be paid if I buy a condo unit? Are there something like yearly property tax to be paid?

Also, I heard there's hard title and soft title, what are the differences? Apparently, the condo unit are mostly soft title, what are the advantages of soft or hard title in condominium units.
