Yet another expat survey: InterNations 2019

Every month there is a new survey, but this one seems less dumb than the ones in newspapers and travel magazines. It rates on many categories. It gives good profiles of the survey takers, and skews more to overseas workers, less to retirees, less to people living overseas to reduce expenses, than expat.com, in my judgement.
Anyway, time well spent for those sufferers of wanderlust.

Anyway, these are the areas it covers:
Quality of Life, Ease of Settling In, Working Abroad, Family Life, and Personal FInances, so yes, it seems more focused on professionals.

Taiwan is number one and Vietnam is number 2, but I think I'd rather be in VN.

Portugal is number 3 and the idea of moving there occurred to me. Can anyone here compare Portugal and Vietnam?
