Could you advise on coastal city with good children's hospital nearby. I am planning to stay about a month in Dominican Republic. Have 3 kids, and I want to make sure there is a good hospital nearby.
Basically, I am looking for:
*Good hospital nearby
*Safe environment
*Grocery stores (Russian store is a plus)
*Kids playgrounds
*Plenty of Spanish speaking kids
*Nice Beach
