Something that has good data mainly
Also can you recommend a good data only plan for my iPad

Hello.

I must say I don't understand the problem.

There are 9 providers in Cambodia and I would say 4 of them are the most important.

Mobitel/Cellcard, Beeline, Smart Mobile and MetFone all have different rates and different level of coverage.

Visit them on line and see what they have to offer, or put your wishes together in a question and ask them if they can provide that.

I’ll be there Saturday and check out a few, any idea of a top 3?

Contact the providers and ask them what plan they can provide with no top ups.
