Hi I am encounter the languages barrier and communicate difficulty in Osaka. Do you know any pediatricians that able to communicate in English? Some clinic refuse to see my boy because we unable to speak Japanese. Please advice. Thanks!

The best advice that I can give you is to enquire at the Consulate General of Singapore in Osaka because most embassies/consulates keep a list of doctors, lawyers, schools, notary public etc which are reputable and can speak languages other than Japanese. The Singapore Consulate would likely know a pediatrician that can speak English and/or Mandarin.
If that gets you nowhere then you could enquire either at any international schools or English speaking kindergartens or try to find a Facebook group of expatriates.
