Hi and welcome to the Forum.
The first thing you need to learn is that there is no such thing as being "a Scottish"; the correct terminology would be "I want to be a Scot".
That said, even that is not possible (unless you are born in Scotland and even then it doesn't really mean anything in terms of citizenship) because Scotland is a part of the United Kingdom, so all citizens of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are citizens of the United Kingdom.
That may all change if Scotland ever becomes independent; when all Scots will then become Scottish citizens and be known as "Scots".
