Hello everyone. I am planning to study neurosceince in New Zealand. My visa only allows me for 20 hours working a week. For you who have experience living and studying there, will I be able to support myself financially both living and studying costs? (My university fee is around 35,000 NZD a year)

Sorry to be blunt.
Working 20 hours a week will not even give you enough money to cover fees let alone living costs. NZ is not a cheap country to live in and wages are low. Hourly rates for work vary from about NZ$15 to NZ$20.
