Hi,
I recently repatriated from Malaysia to India but didn't close my saving account in CIMB. Can anyone guide me on how to close the account remotely. I am unable to withdraw/transfer money as the total is below 1k MYR.

You mean CIMB has a 1K minimum to transfer?
To my knowledge you have to appear in the bank to close it or make any substantial changes to it. Write to the bank and ask them what to do in your case.
