Hi, im currently working in bahrain for 5 years. And now i have another job offer from doha. I spoke to my sponsor and they agreed that i will accept the job from doha. I just want to know if my sponsor need to cancel the visa with them or no need to cancel? They will give me no objection certificate.

You are going to work in another country. Make sure you resign in Bahrain and have them cancel your visa. To avoid problems later.
