Hi,
I got an offer from Riyadh for 19K SAR per month and the company will take care of insurance, Visa and One-way air ticket to home per year.
I currently work in India for 168K INR per month (Post-tax).
What would be a wise decision? To choose the Riyadh offer or not?

I think some companies pay for your residency also...just an fyi.
There is also a dependent tax so think of how many dependents you would bring.
