For Visa Process  delay usually happens from the Employer side to submit the documents. If they submit it can take maximum up to 1 week for the visa approval. 

@Wilson, thank you very much. I have sent my documents for attestation. The last port of call was Qatar embassy so I’m waiting for that to be completed before flying out. I wish someone would share information on how long the process takes with Qatar embassy. When I went there I was told plus or minus 10 working days. This is different from what was written on  their website. Anyway the 10 days will be reached this Friday.  I’m hoping maybe by then it will be finalized. The School term has already started, oh well we live and learn. Looking forward to that experience, if someone is willing to share information and network I would appreciate. Thanks
