Hello everyone,
I am planing to visit Dubai in the eid holidays. I am a Indian Nation, working in Bahrain for about one n half year now.
My question is, in order to visit Dubai, do i have to apply for visa online? Or do i get visa on arrival now since i have Bahrain work permit?

GCC residents don't get visa on arrival in UAE anymore. They stopped it some years ago. You have to apply online.
Only on arrival visas are now for citizens of countries who are eligible e.g. US, UK, Europe etc.
