I have some pending payment from zain telecom,which is terminated. They are not giving me an option to pay as installment and threatening that they are forwarding this case ., Which can lead to travel ban as i heard.
What shall i do to escape from this?

There is no way to "escape" from this. I am not sure what advice you want.
Either pay it in full.
Or leave before travel ban but be prepared to not come back to Bahrain and be blacklisted.
