I am Kylee from Rwanda 20years old .
My boyfriend is from Norway 30years old and he hopes to come soon in Africa so that we can get engaged.
Will they allow to give me an engagement visa while l am with him after my engagement with him to Norway ? Thank you

What kind of engagement visa are you expecting? a visa for both of you to get married in Norway? or a visa so that you can stay in norway as cohabitant (samboer) with your norweigan partner. You generally need to live with him for 2 years before you can apply for visa as Samboer. But there are exceptions which both of you need to prove to UDI.
If you get a visa to get married in norway, after marriage, you can apply for family unification while still in norway, for right to stay in norway . It will take a long time to get approval but at least you can stay while waiting for answer. You are not allowed to work though.
