Anyone know how much to charge guests to heat a pool (daily rate please)?

I would suggest that you look at the kwh rating of the heater and that will give you an indication of how many units it will use per hr...... ie 3kwh will use 3 units per hr and thus currently probably use about 60-75c per hr of use...

not very accurate but its a start - as the heater will no doubt be thermostatically controlled and thus not on all the time..... plus the factors of the ambient temperature of location, pool size, water temp and of course the temp setting of the heater itself all of which will impact ion consumption as of course it will depend on the time of day and year and whether the pool is in a windy air flow position
