Moving Between Different expat.com DR Language Forums

Is there an easy way to move between the English, French, Spanish, Italian and any other language forum that exists for expat.com for the Dominican Republic?

The content of some of the other language expat.com DR forums is interesting to read and there is currently a limited cross over of persons contributing in one or more of the different language forums, and to change is not obvious and it appears involves logging into a different website.

One way is to go to the other forums and " follow" the threads. You then can click on any notification and you are in that language forum

I'm not sure I like the constant messages regarding posts in the English language forum only.

Incidentally how many different languages are there for expat.com DR. I believe I cam across a Portuguese one?
