Hello expats,
My employer applied for my EPass and got rejected in 2 weeks. MOM stated the reason that the job advertisement has not been posted for 14days. Then he appealed again after 12 days. Now the status is Rejected but in remarks it is mentioned as appeal pending. I'm not sure whether my employer appealed or not. Can anyone confirm based on the status and remarks?

If they didn't appeal, remarks wouldn't have mentioned the appeal is pending.
