My wife and daughter has already valid Dependent visa until November 2019. We have a new born baby now in Pakistan.I want to apply Visit Visa for My baby. Will LMRA approve the visit visa for 4 Months Baby?

First of all LMRA has nothing to do with visit visa. That is immigration. And if the baby has a passport and the family documents are submitted, there is no issue.
LMRA issues dependent visa. I would advise to apply for that.
