in many countries before marriage girls surname is father name but after marriage girls name change father to husband name
for example

name Maria yousaf ... name maria father name yousaf
after marriage
name Maria Ahmad... name maria husband name Ahmad

now on married certificate written name Maria Yousaf
but
on passport written name Maria Ahmad

in this case husband live in belgium He wants to apply his wife's visa

Is there any problem for getting a visa?

Hello,

According to Belgian law, a woman can wear her husband's name for everyday life.

But for any official act, it's her maiden name that will be used.
