I need to send some money from Malaysia to Brazil, and I am wondering if anyone knows a safe and cheapest way to do it. (apart transferwise and wester union)?

Maybe try MoneyMatch? I never used them but they are based in Malaysia. TransferWise will not send money out of Malaysia, only in.
