Am in singapore in Employment pass.
I want to apply dependent pass for my wife.
Is there possibility that we can apply dependent pass ourselves in EP online like that...??

No you cannot. Only your Employer can apply for a DP on your behalf.
MoM website is pretty clear and detailed about these informations. Also this forum already has these discussions earlier. Please go through them.
