Hello, I'm from Scotland and living in ipoh, my wife is from Ipoh and we have a 5yr old daughter. I asked my wife about parenting groups, she said there isn't much but there is one on Facebook.
There are quite a few activities in Ipoh for toddlers and children, not so much for babies.

Thanks for your reply. I had a feeling it would be hard to find expat groups. The other times I visited Ipoh I only came across a few. Looked on facebook as your wife advised and added a couple of groups.
