I need good advice. I live and work in Saudi. I'm from south Africa. I'm in the hospitality industry. My iqama expires on March 2020. I'm.not happy in my current job. I dont want to renew my iqama with my current employer. How so I got about changing employers when my iqama expires. Whats the process?

Dont Renew your contract. Search for a new job before your contract get finished, ask for release from current employer after getting a new offer. Dont wait till your Iqama expiery.

My advise is
1- Look for other jobs and apply
2- If you find good place inform you current employer that you don't want to renew your contract and you want to transfer your iqama before your contract is finished by 60 days no less
Note: Your current employer could say no and end your iqama, but you can come again by new visa provided from your new employer.
