I get a Tucson car at lease from bank saudi Fransi. I paid 6000 SAR as advance and now finished 3 years installments. Due to my father death I went my home country and I didnt pay 4 continuous installment. After I came back I am paying my continuously installment. Due to 4 installments Saudi Fransi Bank submit case against me in Ministry of Justice. Now they blocked all of my accounts. I can't use bank account and withdraw my salary, I can't renew my iqama. I am very disturbed. Is anyone can give me suggestion how to deal with bank? I dont have money to pay these 4 installment on one time. I tried to get loan from company where i am working,but they refused. Kindly advise what I do to solve this issue. Hope someone give me good suggestion.

There is absolutely nothing you can do except:
1) Approach the bank to negotiate a payment plan. Show them that you are willing to pay but need some leeway in settling the payment
2) Get a loan from someone, pay the 4 installments and ask the bank to lift the case
