I've been offered a job as a teacher in Erbil, Kurdistan. I haven't accepted it yet.

Is it safe over there for a single female ?

What salary should a British teacher expect?

As per understanding here in erbil, teachers in school get an average pay of 1200$ to 1500$... but as your british expat may be they can offer you around 3000 $ or more?
