Hi,
I came to Malaysia in 2017 and i am a tax resident for both 2017 and 2018.
In year 2019 i went to India between 13th march 2019 to 26th march 2019 ( 12 days Out)
I went again in April 2019 between 19 April 2019 to 29 April 2019 ( 10 days)
Both time i went due to medical reasons and have the medical certificate for both out duration.
When i can claim for the resident status in this case.
Is it 2nd July 2019 or on 22nd July 2019.
