Hello folks,
Could anyone please share some lights- I'm in a visit visa right now in Muscat. Can I apply for US tourist Visa here in Muscat?
I've never visited US before. And I hold an Indian Passport.

No. You can only apply in the below cases for most consulates:
1) You are a citizen of the country you are applying from
2) You are a resident of the country you are applying from (Hold resident visa NOT visit visa)
3) There is no consulate in your home country and the country you are visiting, has the geographical responsibility for consulate affairs in your home country
